Dick began his career as a top-performing sales person within advertising and marketing. As a small business owner (100+ employees) and self-employed since college, Dick is aware of the problems and challenges that exist in building a successful business. This experience has taught him what needs to happen for a business to thrive and dominate its market place. Taking this, he moved forward in his career, and as a leadership coach with Fortune Management, he shares his knowledge with dental teams on how to find their personal and professional business wealth.
